Welcome! We are a family of six looking to rent out our 4 bedroom house long term over the winter, from mid-August 2025.

Get lost in the north of Iceland in our private 160 sqm house, fully furnished, with a large garden, hot tub and outdoor shower on a veranda that surrounds half of the house.
Inside, the house has been almost completely renovated in the last two years, with underfloor heating beneath the parquet in all four bedrooms and the tiles of the two bathrooms.
Ideal for families or small groups, for people who do, for example, smart working and want to enjoy nature and a peaceful environment. The house has excellent Wi-Fi, but it’s also possible to rent an office at Regus Office Space, just 200 meters from the house.
Skagaströnd, perched on the northern coast of Iceland, is an ideal base for unforgettable winter excursions. Surrounded by dramatic mountains and the open sea, it offers easy access to snow-covered hiking trails, cross-country skiing routes, and ice fishing spots.

Available from mid-August with flexible rental duration. A two-month deposit is required upon booking, the price is €2500 per month.
